Mechanical component assembly
We can work with automated lines for assembling components in large volumes, as well as with single workstations that adapt to different production needs. We assemble components for a wide range of industrial sectors, including the food industry, ensuring high quality standards and full compliance with the required specifications. Every stage of the production process is managed with the utmost care to guarantee conformity and precision. Components can be assembled using silicone, screwdriving, pressing and spot welding.
Silicone dosing and application
The process is carried out using automated systems equipped with programmable dosing units that guide the application needles along paths defined by software and other technologies, ensuring uniformity, high precision and repeatability.
Curing
We carry out curing processes using dedicated industrial ovens, designed to ensure the correct hardening of silicone and other materials applied to the components. For specific operations, the production cycle is integrated with cooling tunnels that allow rapid stabilisation of the components and their immediate transfer to the following processing stages, thus increasing productivity and optimising production times.
Screwdriving
We offer a professional screwdriving service with tightening-torque control, ensuring repeatability and precision on every assembly. Thanks to dedicated tools and control systems, we can apply the torque required by the customer, ensuring the correct fastening of components and compliance with the project’s technical specifications. This operation is particularly suited to assemblies that demand high quality standards and consistent performance.
Pressing
We have manual presses for fitting inserts and components into products, ideal for operations that require care and operational flexibility. For high-volume production we are also equipped with an automated multi-stage pressing line, allowing us to carry out assembly and coupling operations with the utmost accuracy, adapting to the specific technical and production needs of our customers.
Testing
Every product undergoes rigorous quality checks using equipment dedicated to leak detection, in order to verify perfect sealing and functionality. We also perform strict dielectric tests to verify the effectiveness of the electrical insulation and ensure compliance with the highest safety and reliability standards.
Packaging
We offer packaging and product-preparation services according to customer specifications, ensuring order, protection and traceability of the goods.
